Hope & Healing

Mental Health Month

As I think back on moments of my life I remember times I was in such despair. Times where I didn’t know which way to turn, how high to keep my head up or what will tomorrow look like. Through my moments of sadness or hopelessness I could only imagine the good. I would bring comfort to oneself by reminiscing on the high times in life. The moments I would only pray would never end, Let us overcome that thing that keeps our mind held hostage and in bondage. That thing that discourages us from moving forward in life. Instead, look towards the thing that heals our hearts and gives us hope. How far have you come in your healing process ?
