Summer is here world. It's time to enjoy life and what GOD has given us. Mental Health Month is coming to an end but that doesn't mean the reality of this worldwide crisis is. We must continue this fight for mental freedom by Advocating change for women and utilizing the resources avaliable for us to recieve the professional help we deserve. Please remember to take time for you and make self care a top priority in your life. Make good use of the time you have. How will you free your mind and escape from life's trails?
