Testimony Tuesday-Communication

Through my experience I find that the more communication given to a person the better. The more information you have to offer to someone the better they can understand and access a situation. Strong communication has been proven to be effective in leadership in business, educational programs and just in our overall personal lives. Not all the time will your conversations be your favorite, especially when having to deliver not so good news, but I say from my experience, my testimony, as long as you are a trusted source, and a women of empathy and compassion, the recipient will be more willing to accept it. There will be a better understanding on ways to move forward and overcome challenges.
