Celebrating life and where we come from. Me as a Black American Woman. Generations and generations of history, pasted on over time. I thank GOD for my existence and his creation.. Life as I know it has been dedicated to my mother and father, such strong individuals. From a little small town, Marlin, Texas where picking cotton was the only source of income. Riding at the back of the bus was life as they knew it. A routine with no complaints. Now we sit in a different position, one where we demand equality, one where we can be heard, one where we can be seen…Never forget your history, where you come from, who you are…
